語(yǔ)言文學(xué)畢業(yè)論文-論新時(shí)期秘書(shū)心理障礙及調(diào)適對(duì)策
摘 要
研究新時(shí)期秘書(shū)心理障礙對(duì)促使秘書(shū)自覺(jué)做好秘書(shū)工作,以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化社會(huì)發(fā)展需要,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要從秘書(shū)學(xué)、心理學(xué)與社會(huì)學(xué)的角度,研究秘書(shū)心理障礙的主要表現(xiàn),并從主客觀方面具體分析了導(dǎo)致其心理障礙產(chǎn)生的成因,重點(diǎn)探討了秘書(shū)心理障礙調(diào)適的主要對(duì)策。

ABSTRACT
It has the important practical significance to promote the secretary personnel own initiative on work to meet the modern society development needs, through studying the psychological barrier of the new time secretary. This article mainly studies, from secretarial science. Psychology and sociology angle, the main performance of the secretary psychology barrier. The article from subjective and objective aspect, analysis the reasons of causing psychology barrier; and discusses the chief ways to deal whit it.
