　　各位考官好!

　　請允許我用一分鐘的時間做自我介紹。我叫韓梅梅，畢業(yè)于師范大學英語系專業(yè)，現(xiàn)在已過口語等級六級水平。

　　本人穩(wěn)重，工作踏實勤奮，具有較強的團隊合作精神，好學，能吃苦耐勞，能夠服從上級的命令聽從指揮。在校期間積極參加各項活動，連續(xù)三年當任學習委員，商務(wù)英語寫作能力強，有過短暫的英語教學經(jīng)驗。

　　在課堂上，我鼓勵學生表達自己的意見和方法以其英語學習方式，因為我認為學習是一種個性化的過程。每個人都應該成為重要的思想家班上，我想成為一個好老師在其真正意義上的。我不是傳統(tǒng)的教師。我想在我的課堂英語教學改革。希望我能做點什么來改變現(xiàn)狀的英語教學。
