　　并列句是考研英語中眾多句型的之一，所謂并列句是指兩個或兩個以上的簡單句通過并列連詞連在一起構成的句子，稱為并列句，其基本結構是“簡單句+并列連詞+簡單句”。

　　并列連詞有：以and表示并列遞進關系的并列連詞，以but表示轉折關系的并列連詞，以or為代表的表示選擇關系的并列連詞，以so為代表的表示因果關系的并列連詞等。

　　并列句中的各簡單句意義、定位和重要性相同，不分高低先后，相互之間沒有從屬關系，是平行并列的關系，因此叫并列句。他們之間用連詞連接。
