英文面試：如何讓面試官始終聆聽(tīng)你

　　When you’re doing business in a second language, it’s easy to sound unsure. Getting the grammar and vocabulary right is tough enough! Even if you’re not sure of the words, you can still sound like you know what you’re talking about. The trick is in how you start your sentences. Prepare for business with the following phrases and see the difference!

　　讓我們集中注意力

　　當(dāng)你在說(shuō)話時(shí)，及時(shí)的集中大家的注意力是至關(guān)重要的。最好的方式就是給出直接的陳述，“The purpose of this meeting is to decide on the company logo.” 請(qǐng)避免間接的陳述，“Well, here’s the agenda.” 或是 “Maybe we should get started.” 那你會(huì)馬上失去別人的注意力。

　　語(yǔ)氣重的單詞

　　當(dāng)面試官和你談一個(gè)問(wèn)題同時(shí)也詢問(wèn)了你的意見(jiàn)。你應(yīng)該將你的回復(fù)以 “I recommend ...” 或是 “In my opinion ....” 開(kāi)始。

　　問(wèn)一些有建設(shè)性的問(wèn)題是為面試獲得加分的機(jī)會(huì)。這是給了雙方一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)來(lái)表明雙各自在關(guān)鍵議題上的態(tài)度，例如目標(biāo)及期望。多問(wèn)一些開(kāi)放式的問(wèn)題將可以盡早給予彼此闡述觀點(diǎn)的機(jī)會(huì)。例如，你可以這樣問(wèn) “What are you hoping to achieve today?”
