　　箭牌公司總部設在美國芝加哥。矗立于芝加哥河畔的箭牌大廈始建于1920年，1924年竣工后一直是美國芝加哥的標志性建筑，氣勢恢宏。

　　箭牌公司1919年即已成為公眾公司，其股票從1923年起在紐約證券交易所掛牌交易。

　　2008年10月6日 ，瑪氏公司宣布以230億美元收購箭牌公司。
